Limited-run company shirts, printed and shipped by Shirmo Start your program
A limited-run shirt program for People & Culture teams

A company shirt they'd wear on a Saturday.

We design a real graphic tee for your company — the kind that gets pulled on for a cookout, a ball game, or a walk with the dog. The store stays open for one to three weeks — you pick the window — then the whole order prints and ships to you in one box. Employees pay $15 for the standard two-color front print. You don't guess sizes, hold inventory, or find a closet for the leftovers.

Works at 30 people or 3,000. A one-time $29 account setup gets a smaller team going, and it's waived once you're over 100 employees.

HALLORAN FREIGHT Drop 3 · Fall
Halloran Freight vintage tee reading The Long Haul, printed in gold on forest green
Gone in 6 days, 4 hours. No reprints, no restock.

You already know how the swag store ends.

Someone orders a polo in week one. It lives in a drawer. The store sits open all year, so nothing about it ever feels worth showing up for. A shirt only becomes something people keep when not everyone could get one.

THE ALWAYS-ON COMPANY STORE

  • Logo on the chest, company name on the back
  • Open all year, so there's no reason to act
  • Worn to the warehouse, never to a barbecue
  • Someone on your team manages sizes and reorders
  • Boxes of unclaimed mediums in a closet

A TEEMWORK DROP

  • Original artwork about what your team actually does
  • Open for a set window, then closed for good
  • Gets worn on weekends and asked about for years
  • We run the store, the sizes, and the sorting
  • Printed to the exact order. Nothing left over

Four steps, and three of them are ours.

Your part is a call at the start and an approval before the store opens. That's it.

1

We learn the good stuff

A 30-minute call with you and two or three employees. The inside jokes, the milestone, the thing your team does that nobody else does.

2

We design the tee

Original vintage-style artwork drawn for your company, front print and inside collar label. You approve it before any employee sees it.

3

The store opens

We send you a link and a ready-to-send announcement. Employees pick a size, pay $15, and it closes on the date you set — anywhere from one to three weeks.

4

One box arrives

Everything prints and ships to your office about twelve business days later, bagged and labeled by employee name.

Three things you decide on every drop.

Same program, different shape depending on the quarter. You set these when the drop is created, and they can change every time.

1

Who pays

Employees pay $15 at checkout and nothing touches your budget. Or the company covers everyone, the store opens at zero, and we invoice you once it closes.

2

How it ships

One box to your office to hand out, straight to each employee’s address, or let every person pick office or home at checkout.

3

How long it runs

Anywhere from 1 to 30 days. A week builds urgency, two weeks catches the people who were on vacation. Everything prints in one run when it closes.

Six ways to say the same thing.

Pick a direction on the discovery call and we design into it. Every style below is the same company, the same story, drawn six different ways — so you're choosing a look, not gambling on one.

Vintage style tee: gold sunburst badge reading The Long Haul on forest green

Vintage

Faded badge, arced lettering, an established year. The safe pick that never looks like swag.

Definition style tee: the word hauler set as a dictionary entry on navy

The Definition

Their job title set as a dictionary entry, defined the way the team would actually define it.

Varsity style tee: collegiate block letters reading Halloran, Freight Dept., 94 on maroon

Varsity

Collegiate block letters and a number. Reads like a team, because that's the point.

Tour poster style tee: truck illustration above a list of route cities on black

Tour Poster

Their routes, branches, or job sites listed like tour dates. The one people quote back to you.

Trade crest style tee: gold shield with the HF monogram on slate blue

Trade Crest

A shield and a monogram. Built for trades, crews, and anyone who earns their way onto a roster.

Souvenir style tee: Greetings from The Loading Dock, star roundel on sand

Souvenir

Park-sign nostalgia pointed at somewhere unglamorous. Funny without needing a punchline.

Not sure which fits? Most teams land on Vintage for the first drop and get more adventurous from there. You can change styles every drop — nothing locks you in.

Shirts good enough to compete with the rest of the closet.

A company shirt fails when it feels like a company shirt. Ours are the weight, cut, and hand-feel of a tee someone would have bought for themselves.

  • GARMENTRingspun combed cotton, soft-washed. The tee people reach for, not the one they're issued.
  • SIZESXS through 4XL, unisex and women's cuts. Every size is the same price, always.
  • PRINTINGScreen printed in our own shop with soft-hand ink that moves with the fabric instead of sitting on top of it.
  • INK COLORS$15 covers a one-side, two-color print. Extra colors or a back print raise the price, and we quote it before you approve the art.
  • COLLAR LABELCustom printed label with your company, our mark, and the drop year.
  • ARTWORKDrawn from scratch for your company. You own it.
$15

Per shirt for a one-side, two-color print. Shipping to your office included.

That's what employees pay at checkout. It isn't a line item you have to defend in a budget meeting, and it's low enough that nobody sits out because of the price.

More colors, a back print, or a sleeve hit move the price up. We design to the two-color standard first and tell you the exact number before you approve anything, so the price is settled before a single employee sees the store.

Want to cover it for everyone instead? That's a bulk order, and it works a little differently.

Inside collar of a sand tee: Halloran Freight, Not Every Mile Is Pretty, A Teemwork Drop No. 3, 2026, www.teemwork.com

The best part is the part only they see.

Turn the collar inside out and there's a printed tag doing three jobs at once. It's the detail people show each other.

  • 1

    Your company name

Set in type chosen to sit with the front design. No logo file to track down, no vector to redraw, nothing to approve twice.

  • 2

A line only your people get

The inside joke, the motto, the thing somebody says every single shift. It's hidden, so it can be funnier than anything you'd put on the front.

  • 3

    The drop it came from

The drop number, the year, and teemwork.com on the last line. That's what tells someone in 2029 exactly which shirt this was and where it came from.

An engineering team's oldest excuse, immortalized

Buying for the whole company?

Plenty of companies skip the store entirely and buy one shirt for every employee. Same original design, same collar label, one invoice instead of 250 checkouts. It's the move for an anniversary, an all-hands, an acquisition, or a safety milestone you want everyone wearing on the same day.

  • One purchase order, one invoice
  • Volume pricing below $15 a shirt
  • Send us your size breakdown, or we'll collect it
  • Bagged and labeled by name or by department
  • Ship to one office or split across locations
  • Card or ACH, paid before we print
No minimum

25 shirts or 2,500, printed on our own presses in Sarasota

Order in bulk

Or call 941-896-9877 and we'll quote it on the spot.

"Where did you even get that shirt?"

The best answer an employee can give is that you had to be here for it. That's the whole product. Everything else is logistics.

Pick how often you want a moment.

Every program includes the design work, the collar label, the store, the printing, and delivery to your office. The only difference is how many times a year your team gets one.

$29

One-time account setup. Covers brand discovery, building your store, and getting the first design and collar label right. There's nothing else to pay — the shirts are bought by your employees.

Things this takes off your plate.

People and Culture teams don't need another vendor to manage. This runs closer to a catered lunch than a program.

No sizing spreadsheet

Employees choose their own size at checkout. Nobody chases anyone in Slack, and nobody ends up with a shirt that doesn't fit.

No inventory, no closet

We print exactly what was ordered. There's no surplus to store, count, or quietly throw away next year.

No budget fight

Employees pay for the shirts, and setup is waived over 100 employees. The program can cost the company nothing at all.

No design committee

You get finished artwork to react to, not a blank brief. Two rounds of notes is usually all it takes.

No onboarding project

One call, one approval, one link to send. Your first shirts are in the building about four weeks after we talk.

No awkward leftovers

The store closes and the drop is finished. New hires get the next one, which is exactly what makes the old ones matter.

Questions we get first.

Can we run this alongside our existing swag store?

Yes, and plenty of companies do. The always-on store handles the polo someone needs for a trade show. This handles the shirt people wear on a Saturday.

How long from our first call to shirts in the building?

About four weeks. Roughly one week for discovery and design approval, one to three weeks for the open store, and twelve business days for printing and delivery.

Who owns the artwork?

You do. It's your company's story on the shirt, so the design is yours to reuse on anything else you want.

Do we get to approve the design?

Always, and before any employee sees it. You'll get the front artwork and the collar label on a mockup, request changes, and nothing goes live until you say so.

We have remote and hybrid people. How do they get one?

You set the shipping rule when the drop is created: everything to your office, everything to home addresses, or let each person choose at checkout. Home delivery is a flat $6, and it all runs off the same store page, so you never manage two lists.

What if only 20 people order?

We print it anyway. There's no minimum and no penalty for a quiet quarter. In our experience the first drop is the biggest, and the ones after it settle into a steady group who collect them.

Who actually pays for the shirts?

You choose per drop. By default employees pay $15 each for the standard two-color print at checkout, and the company's only possible cost is the one-time $29 account setup, waived over 100 employees. Switch it to company-pays and the store opens at zero for employees — we invoice you once the drop closes.

Let's design your first one.

Twenty minutes. We'll walk through a real drop, talk about what your team is proud of, and tell you straight whether this is a fit for your headcount.
